I few years ago I started working on a project featuring historic photos of Rochester that I got from either The History Center or a personal collection, such as Brad Pien’s or Kevin Reynold’s, then photographing that same spot today for a comparison. I call it Rochester: Then & Now, and although I didn’t work on it much last year, I got motivated again a few weeks ago and have completed around 20 of them since.
