I’ve been doing a lot of food and hospitality photography lately for Powers Ventures here in Rochester, Minnesota. The first shoot was at The Hubbell House, which they recently acquired. This classic restaurant has been in business, first as a hotel and later as a restaurant, since 1854 and was purchased by Powers in 2022. They serve a variety of amazing food, including steaks, seafood, burgers, sandwiches, salads, prime rib, etc. I also did some hospitality photography at Pinnacle Catering a couple of times and also spent an afternoon doing food photography at The Well in downtown Rochester. This latest shoot—featured here—was also at The Well, where I mainly focused on the space, the employees, the kitchen and chef Dewayne.
