A few images from a recent environmental portrait photo session I had with Ed Dankbar for Canadian Pacific Kansas City Railroad at their St Paul, Minnesota, train yard. Industrial photography clients are one of my favorites and I’ve been shooting for CPKCR, formerly CPR, for a decade this fall. Sometimes I’m doing corporate photography at their downtown Minneapolis office, which is in the process of moving to their new headquarters in Kansas City, and other times I’m getting to photograph the train yard workers along the tracks in St Paul and as far as North Dakota. This particular shoot was just a quick environmental portrait at their St Paul, Minnesota, train yard.
