I’ve been doing a lot of food and hospitality photography lately for Powers Ventures here in Rochester, Minnesota. The first shoot was at The Hubbell House, which they recently acquired. This classic restaurant has been in business, first as a hotel and later as a restaurant, since 1854 and was purchased by Powers in 2022. They serve a variety of amazing food, including steaks, seafood, burgers, sandwiches, salads, prime rib, etc. I also shot at Pinnacle Catering a couple of times, and will be at their newest restaurant, The Well, this coming week. But Powers very first restaurant is The Canadian Honker, which I spent some time at a couple of weeks ago and am featuring in this post. The following show some of their food as well as a few of their awesome employees.
