Earlier this week I did a hospitality photography shoot, which included shot some interior photos as well as food photos at Workshop Food Hall here in Rochester, Minnesota. If you read my blog you’ve already seen a couple of posts about this place, which is about to open on Third Ave SE across from the former Seneca Foods and Libby’s canning plant. The building is the old workshop, which had been sitting vacant for many years. I posted a few exterior photos of the place last month and am including a few interiors in this post. As you’ll see it has been completely renovated and turned out fantastic. They did such a great job maintaining the character and feel of the original building. I just love when old buildings like this are preserved for future generations. They are so rich in history.
