I recently did a corporate photography shoot in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, for Ryerson, which is a metals supplier with 100 locations in the United States, Mexico, Canada and China. One of their marketing people flew in from Chicago for the day and we photographed new employees as they went through a very extensive and rigorous training program, that included softball practice, which is a big part of the company’s team building venture. Lastly I followed these same trainees as they volunteered at Feed My Starving Children by packaging food to be sent to hungry children worldwide. I love doing corporate photography and this shoot was no different. my assistant and I got them some great shots that they can use on the new Careers page they are building for the company website. Hopefully sometime in the near future they hire me to shoot at some of their production facilities where I can get some metal being cut, bent, polished and packaged! Industrial photography is one of my favorite things to shoot!
