I recently did an industrial photography shoot for a place just north of Minneapolis and St Paul called Reliable Bronze. Located in Stanchfield, Minnesota, they have been in business since 1968. They have over 25,500 sq. ft. of manufacturing space and 17,500 sq. ft. of warehouse space and operate 24 hours a day, 5 days a week. They specialize in the manufacturer of bronze bushings, bearings, & components.
“We have one of the most extensive inventories of standard size bearings and bar stock in the industry. Our CNC machinery is top of the line, with the most advanced controls available. This assures repeatability on long production runs and total accuracy on prototype applications. Our graphiting facility can provide customers with a complete mechanical system designed for longevity and to eliminate problems caused by high and low temperatures. Our Quality Control Department is fully computerized and can inspect tolerances up to ±.00005. We also have the ability to collect and analyze data, perform statistical process control “SPC” and digitize surface and geometric shapes for CAD, CAE, and reverse engineering applications.”
