I recently did some architectural photography of the doctors lounge in Mayo’s Gonda building in Rochester, Minnesota, for HGA and Knutson Construction. I’ve been an architectural photographer for more than 30 years now and really like doing this type of photography. It’s just a nice break from dealing with people all day long which can get a little stressful at times. With architectural work it’s just me, a building and the light. My youngest daughter helped me out with this one, which we had to shoot on a Saturday afternoon when no one was around. She helps get everything straightened out and in order so I can move from one space to another without having to stop to do it myself. Isn’t this such a beautiful space?!
