Some highlights from a recent Science & Research commercial photography shoot I did for Medallion Labs in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Medallion Labs, which was originally General Mills exclusive internal lab, has tested foods for thousands of food and ingredient companies since 1974. They have a team of more than 100 veteran chemists, biologists, microbiologists, food scientists, stability scientists, and sensory scientists handles that provide nutritional labeling testing, product quality measurements, process variability studies and shelf life testing.
