Last week I was hired to do some food photography for Sushi Fix in Wayzata, Minnesota. They are designing a new website and printing a new menu and needed some high-quality images to use for both projects. I’ve specialized in food photography and all aspects of hospitality photography since 1991 and love the challenge of making food items look their best! This hospitality shoot was especially challenging since they had more than 40 plates they wanted photographed in the 3 hours we had with a mostly empty restaurant, so that’s one every 4-5 minutes. But the chef kept them coming and we did it! Here are the highlights from a fun and tasty hospitality food shoot!
